Anishnawbe Health Toronto
Our team successfully installed Henrys Blueskin VP 160 and Blueskin SA to all exterior walls and openings, fully sealing this new hospital. Anishnawbe Health Toronto has purchased, for a nominal fee, 2.4 acres of land in the West Don lands (Block 10) from The Province of Ontario which will be the site of the new Indigenous Health Centre. The new Anishnawbe Health Toronto building will be the first project on the site of a new Indigenous Community Hub for the city at this location.

Concord Park Place Condominium Complex
Our team is currently working on sealing exterior walls, balconies and soffits with Soprema Sopraseal Stick VP membrane. This is the construction of two condominium towers. We were selected to participate in the construction of the 45-acre Concord Park Place condominium complex in North York. This project includes two residential condominium towers of 18 and 29 storeys. The two towers were each 41,435 m2, including 426 units, 30 townhouses and five levels of underground parking. Concord Park Place is the second largest master-planned community in Toronto, second only to Concord CityPlace.

Durham College Bio-Digester Building
Our team successfully installed FT Platinum HT-B (ice & water) self-adhered membrane to the roof of the new Durham College Bio-Digester Building. A 1,500-sq. ft. facility and composting system, the Centre for Organic Regeneration will enable DC to complete the field-to-fork (and now back-to-field) loop by processing food waste from the Whitby campus and returning it to the earth, specifically the W. Galen Weston Centre for Food fields. This will reduce food waste on campus by 90 per cent while lessening the need for compost from outside sources.

Galleria On The Park
Our team successfully installed multiple layers of FT Block-Aide Self-Adhered Commercial Vapour Barrier membrane to all parapets. Galleria III, the third chapter in the Galleria on the Park story. A design-forward condominium tower with 21,000 square feet of amenities geared to your well-being, Galleria III will be a new landmark at Dupont and Dufferin.

Humber Meadows Long-Term Care Facility
Our team successfully installed 76,000 square feet of Soprema Sopraseal 1100 T air vapour membrane to all exterior walls and openings. Humber Meadows is a new, fully integrated Long Term Care Home in North York with 320 licensed long stay beds. It features two interior courtyards, ensuring an abundance of natural light. The home’s first floor has a great hall, beauty salon, private dining room for resident events, dedicated spiritual space, and a six-chair hemodialysis unit.

Kaawaate East City Public School
Our team installed Blok-Lok Air-Tight 40 to all exterior walls and openings. The $20-million Peterborough school will house approximately 675 students, replacing the aging Armour Heights and King George public schools, both in East City. The new school is scheduled to open in September 2021 on Armour Hill. Kaawaate, which means shining waters in Ojibway, was chosen as a sign of respect and acknowledgment of the First Nation land the school is built on. With natural sunlight pouring in massive windows and breathtaking views of the city, the building on the Hunter Street hill is situated in such a way as to inspire students from without as well as within its walls.

Trillium Long-Term Care Facility (Wellbrook Place)
Our team successfully installed 78,000 square feet of Soprema Sopraseal 1100 T air vapour barrier waterproofing membrane to all exterior walls and openings including courtyards. The first phase of the new health centre includes Wellbrook Place, two long-term care homes with a combined 632 beds that will address the current lack of access to long-term care in this community and create capacity in hospitals where many patients wait for long-term care placement. The total square footage of Wellbrook Place will be 488,000. Wellbrook Place will be operated by Partners Community Health – a new, not-for-profit organization focused on bringing health care services together around the needs of people living in Mississauga and West Toronto.

TTC Donlands Station
Our roofing division successfully installed USG Securock® Brand Gypsum-Fiber Roof Board, Soprema Lastobond Shield HT (water & ice), Mastic and Primer to the roof of the new TTC Donlands subway station. As part of the TTC’s commitment to safety and modernization, Donlands Station (on Line 2 Bloor-Danforth) will be getting a second exit/automatic entrance to improve customer safety and convenience.The second exit will be located at 17/19 Dewhurst Boulevard; a residential building was demolished in late 2020 to make way for the second exit. Tunnels from the second exit building will extend under Dewhurst and Strathmore Boulevards, connecting to the western end of the existing platforms.
